Our role
JGIC’s remit covers the records and confirmations associated with capital received through an authorized arrangement. It does not promote offerings or solicit investment.
Its role is to maintain the required evidence, reconciliations and control records. JGC retains governance and capital-allocation authority. JGIC does not make property-acquisition decisions.
Clear records connect intake, authorization, allocation and reconciliation. Reporting supports oversight without replacing the separate responsibilities of the operating businesses.
Group capital framework
Only under the applicable legal documents and eligibility requirements.
Capital intake, fiduciary control and reporting.
Group oversight, authorization and internal capital allocation.
Acquisition, densification and operation of real estate.
This describes the group’s intended operating framework. It is not an invitation to participate or a statement that a capital offering, custody arrangement or regulated activity has been approved.
Clear boundaries
Each business has its own role. JGIC supports capital discipline while JGC governs the group and The Equity Builder carries out property acquisitions and operations.
